What kind of beverages can I prepare with the machine?
This machine allows the preparation of several beverages accessible through 3 buttons only: Espresso, Lungo and milk button for coffee&milk drinks (one touch milk system)
The machine is equipped with a single-serve system, all the milk in the jug is used for the coffee&milk drink. 2 marks on the milk jug indicate the quantity of milk needed for a perfect Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato.
All the coffee beverages are preprogramed with factory setting but can be reprogrammed to fit one’s taste.

How do I reprogram the coffee volume to the quantity I want? What is the maximum volume programming?
Coffee volume programing with the machine is very easy. Simply touch and hold the Espresso or Lungo button for at least 3 sec to enter the programming mode. Brewing starts and button blinks fast (programming mode). Release button when desired volume is reached.
Coffee volume can be programmed from 25 to 150 ml.
How do I prepare a Latte Macchiato with the machine?
The Lattissima One machine is equipped with a single-serve system, all the milk in the jug is used for the coffee&milk drink. 2 marks on the milk jug indicate the quantity of milk needed for a perfect Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato.
To prepare a Latte Macchiato, just fill the milk jug up to the second mark, insert a capsule and press the “milk” button. The machine will then froth the milk automatically into the cup and brew a coffee for a perfect Latte Macchiato.
What is the black window in the front of the machine?
The black window is a sensor that detects the remaining quantity of milk in the jug. The sensor allows the machine to automatically stop the milk frothing process when the milk jug is empty.
Can I clean the milk jug in the dishwasher?
The milk jug is composed of 5 parts only and can be easily disassembled and cleaned in the dishwasher.
Is it possible to preselect a beverage during heat up time?
Yes, press any of the 3 buttons and the beverage will be prepared automatically when machine is ready
