SUNNY CITRUS MAZAGRAN
INGREDIENTS:
- Ice Cubes: 5 (150g)
- Vanilla Syrup: 5ml
- Orange Slice: 1 piece
- Rosemary Branch: 1 piece
- Tonic Water: 80ml
- Lisbon Bica: 1 capsule
MATERIAL:
- Small Barista Recipe Glass (350ml)
LET'S MAKE IT:
- Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, lightly squeeze one orange slice, just enough to release the aromatics, and place it in the glass.
- Add 4 ice cubes (of 30g each) and pour 5ml of Vanilla Syrup over the mixture.
- Add one rosemary branch and 80ml of tonic water.
- Extract 25ml of Lisbon Bica into your Nespresso Aeroccino, add 1 ice cube (of 30g), close the lid and select the ‘Iced Nitro’ recipe.
- Once ready, gently pour the coffee into the glass, directly over the other ingredients.
