The naturally processed Indian Robusta was our go to choice for the foundation of this blend because of its high end quality and unmatched intensity and full body. If you’re tasting those cocoa and oak wood notes that’s the washed Latin American Arabicas we blended with the Robusta. We split roast, giving a long roast of the decaffeinated Robusta to make sure there’s no harshness and a darker long roast of the decaffeinated beans to develop the distinct aromatics.
